A lot of people think that pulling the ebrake and sliding or doing donuts are the same as drifting. Its completely different. You induce oversteer before corner. You control the angle and speed of the car by a combination of wieght shifting, on/off throttle, clutch kicking, e-braking, 4 wheel braking, counter steering, etc.... Its not as simple as having the rear end whip around. There is a lot of skill involved in it. If you don't belive me, go to a D1 event and try to control your car at those speeds and angles. I would bet that the majority of people would shit their pants if their car started to oversteer at over 25 mph.
